Demolition and site work for a residential development in Plymouth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/17/2020 3:00 PM This project involves the complete demolition of three residential properties. These properties include: 1. 31 East Poplar Street 2. 383 East Poplar Street 3. 1457 West Main Street Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled, but prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. Any contractor who does not do so and submits a bid does so at his own risk. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. There are no MBE/WBE requirements for this project. Prevailing wages will apply to the project if the cost exceeds $25,000.00. Please refer all questions concerning the Bid to Chad M.
