Renovation of a municipal facility in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Gaithersburg (COG) is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to construct a solid concrete base with stone veneer finish and provide 60A electrical power from the adjacent Concert Pavilion electrical panel to the newly constructed base at 27 South Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg Maryland 20877 as specified in the attached Drawings and Specifications. This solicitation issued for general construction services to build a solid concrete base with stone veneer and install electrical services. Digital message board fabrication and installation services will be coordinated through a separate solicitation. All prospective Offerors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with all of the requirements for the requested services. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful Offeror from complying with the requirements of these specifications at no additional cost to the City of Gaithersburg.
