Compensation Method Negotiated Labor Rate Two Step Scoring No Allowable Profit Rate 9.0% Plus Overhead Factor Is Federal Funding Involved Yes # of Firms to Select 4 Item Description : On Call Project Development Services The selected firms shall perform Project Development Services for projects within the Fort Wayne District on an as-needed basis. Required services include all preliminary engineering and environmental services required to deliver a project for an INDOT construction letting. Services will include preliminary engineering assessment, survey, design, environmental document preparation and right of way plan development. Expected assignments to this contract are primarily bridge rehabilitation and small structure projects, however, other road and bridge project types may also be assigned of any size or complexity. INDOT will provide Geotechnical Services, Land Acquisition Services and Pavement Design. All On-Call contract services are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. This contract will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
