The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Landscaping of Public Right of Way Areas for Electric Works - West Cam pus and painting of Union Tunnel railroad pedestrian bridge on Electric Works West Campus all in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the bid and contract documents for the Project. Vendors will be charged a fee of $25 to submit a bid electronically. The QuestCDN eBldDoc number for this project is # 8272654 No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) or fewer days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, so as to allow the Commission to review bids before announcing award of a contract. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish all labor, insur ance, equipment, materials, licenses, permits, power and related requirements for the complete performance of the contract work. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Commission also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
