Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Ottawa is seeking mechanical contractors to act as a General Contractor, to bid on a project to replace flue gas recovery coils in the Power Plant at 720 King Edward Avenue. The bid includes the purchase of the coils and all costs associated with the delivery and installation. The lump sum bid price is to inlcude the costs of an expedited manufacture and delivery of the coils, and the Appendix B Alternates Bid Form is to stipulate the cost reduction with a normal manufacturing lead time and delivery.
