**As of March 1, 2022 this project has been awarded to Superior Walls with award amount of $31,930.71.** The Lancaster County Career and Technology Center Committee requests sealed bids for residential precast basement wall system. Installation anticipated to begin the week of February 7, 2022, and complete by Friday, February 25, 2022- all pending proper permits which are pending. Price MUST be good for at least 30 days. The Lancaster County Career & Technology Center is interested in receiving quotes for the Precast Concrete Foundation at Lot #14, Fairview Street, Mount Joy PA. The Center reserves the right to select responses in its best financial interest. All responses must include all costs, including travel, delivery, fees, etc. The Center reserves the right to review all responses, and furthermore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses upon review. Complete precast concrete foundation including all engineering, manufacturing, transportation, delivery, and installation costs must be included.
