Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washington, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Boilers Park project will consist of the construction of a new park near the intersection of Buena Vista Boulevard and Millcreek Springs Drive. The project will include construction of four post-tensioned pickleball courts, a playground area, a pavilion, restroom facilities, a parking lot, and walkways. Upgrades will also be made to the existing onsite pond such as construction of a weir and gabion terraces. Other related improvements will be done including drainage improvements, rock walls, landscaping, irrigation, electrical, and lighting. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Washington City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling the City Recorder at 656-6308 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be held.
