As of January 22, 2024, a general contractor has been awarded and construction is expected to start soon. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Architect & Engineering Team to provide Design services preparing architectural & structural design, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, fire design, & landscape architecture. Please submit questions for discussion at the Pre-Proposal meeting to Kevin Kunz, kevin@wcsw.org by Monday April 18, 2022, at 5:00, MDT. All questions after the Pre-Proposal meeting shall be submitted through Electronically. Questions may be submitted through Electronically until Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 @ 5pm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Estimated budget $12,000,000 - $15,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
