Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denison, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project involves the demolition and construction of approximately 4,900 square yards of paving and 2,400 linear feet of 4' & 5' wide sidewalks. The utility construction for this project consists of approximately 1,475 linear feet of 8-inch diameter water line, 1,324 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer line, and 625 linear feet of storm sewer line along with 60 linear feet of 2 - 7' x 3' box culverts. BID PROPOSALS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank form of proposal furnished and shall include signed proposals, bid bonds, and written confirmation of receipt of any addenda issued. Engineer will provide to prospective Bidders of Record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions received. The City reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in any proposal. The City also reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and in accordance with the law, to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the City.
