Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approximately 2,300 linear feet of street and shared use path improvements, including but not limited to hot mix asphalt paving, drainage, walls, grading, excavation, illumination, traffic signal modification, tree removal, sidewalk, ADA ramps, signs and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineers Estimate for this work is $1,800,000 to $2,400,000. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashiers check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates. This project is Federally funded and has a 15% DBE Condition of Award goal Small, minority and women-owned business are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
