The project site is located on Townsite Drive corridor along the following segments: North Drive from Swallow Drive 680 feet to southeast to the intersection of North Drive/W. Los Angeles Drive; West Los Angeles Drive from the intersection of North Drive to the intersection of North Santa Fe Avenue; Townsite Drive from the intersection of North Santa Fe Avenue to the intersection of East Vista Way and 10 existing bus stop locations on N. Santa Fe from Bobier Drive to Orange Street. The Work generally consists of: stormwater pollution prevention and erosion control, demolition and removal/disposal, traffic control and construction staging, clearing and grubbing, site grading and subgrade preparation, aggregate base, PCC curb & gutter, PCC curb ramps and spandrel, PCC driveway, PCC sidewalk, sidewalk underdrain, asphalt concrete paving for street structural section repair, signing and striping, pervious concrete water quality infiltration swale, ADA ramps, drainage and pipe installation, existing utility adjustments to grade, utility coordination, cold milling, AC paving, slurry, 4 roundabouts, bus stop updates, bus stop shelters, signing, restriping and other related work. The Contractor shall possess a valid California Class A General Engineering license and Class C-10 Electrical Contractor license at the time that the Contract is awarded and shall maintain said license(s) in good standing at all times during performance of the Work. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for this Project is THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND ($3,576,000) for the Base Bid items. All Work shall be completed in every detail to the satisfaction of the Agency within TWO HUNDRED (200) Working Days after the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED.
