Renovation of an educational facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,325-square-foot educational facility.
As of March 10, 2022, the project has not been awarded. A timeframe for award has not been confirmed. Renovation of CHS 105A for the installation of a new GE Cyclotron by others. Contractor shall provide improvements to the approximately 1,497 square feet CHS 105A for the installation of the new Cyclotron by others. Contractor shall coordinate and work with University and University's Consultants for installation of the Cyclotron and cyclotron commissioning by others. Coordination shall include breaks in Contractor's work to allow Consultant to install Cyclotron, followed by Contractor's completion of improvements. Additional work shall include the demolition and legal disposal of irradiated concrete slab and provision of new concrete slab. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B License (General Building) The successful Bidder shall pay all persons providing construction services and/or any labor on site, including any University location, no less than the UC Fair Wage (defined as $15 per hour) and shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local working condition requirements. The estimated construction cost is $1,289,872.00. Bidder agrees to complete the proposed Work within 409 days after the date of commencement specified in the Notice to Proceed
