Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Highland, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Highland City Parks Building - Located at the current site of Highland City Community Center: The Project includes site work and construction of a new prefabricated steel building north of the Highland City Community Center. The building will include a pressure washing bay on the side of the building along with a fueling shed near the building. The project also includes a walkway and stairs down to the ground floor of the community center and the construction of an entrance into the existing building. Electronic copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be available November 29, 2022, via the Sciquest and the Highland City website. No hard copies will be available during the bidding process.
