Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Highland, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Classroom ceiling remodel at Lone Peak High School. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project. The projected construction start date is ASAP and the completion date must be by August 1st, 2022.Lone Peak High School TV Production classroom is in need of remodeling the ceiling and all mechanical and electrical equipment along with the existing walls needing to be extended to the roof deck with new lighting and mechanical equipment installed. The District reserves the right to conduct discussions with the Offerors who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award, followed by an opportunity to make best and final offers pursuant to UCA 63G-6a-707.5, but proposals may be accepted without discussions.
