**As of March 13, 2023 project was awarded to Kilgore Contracting, awarded amount is $199,676.75. **  Highland City Trail Maintenance - Several trail sections in the City need treatment to maintain the trail system. These treatments include crack seal, seal coat, overlay, and reconstruction. The treatments for the different sections are shown in the design packet.
