Renovation of an educational facility in Highland, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: The boiler replacement at Freedom Elementary School. The District reserves the right to conduct discussions with the Offerors who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award, followed by an opportunity to make best and final offers pursuant to UCA 63G-6a-707.5, but proposals may be accepted without discussions. Question Submission Close Date 2/4/2022 2:00 PM MST Refer to the attached plans for a complete scope of work. Removal of existing boiler, pumps, buffer tank, heating expansion tank, gas piping and other related piping. Provision and installation of new boilers, new heating water supply and return, gas piping, flue, and expansion tank. Rewire existing emergency boiler shut-off. It is the intent that this construction shall start as soon as possible and be completed on or before August 1st, 2022. The work to be done under this section includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, controls and accessories required to complete all systems as shown on plans and/or described in these specifications, including miscellaneous items required to provide a complete and functional facility.
