Question Submission Close Date 3/4/2022 2:00 PM MST Refer to the attached plans for a complete scope of work. Upgrading the automatic temperature control (ATC) system or building automation control system existing in the school by replacing the existing. Provision and installation of the upgraded automatic temperature control system as indicated on drawings and within the specifications. It is the intent that this construction shall start as soon as possible be completed on or before August 1 st , 2022 The work to be done under this section includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, controls and accessories required to complete all heating, air conditioning and other mechanical systems as shown on plans and/or described in these specifications, including miscellaneous items required to provide a complete and functional facility. Work shall include, but shall not be necessarily limited to mechanical systems, and automatic control systems. The contractor shall provide all miscellaneous electrical work and control wiring for special systems where the wiring requirements are provided by the equipment manufacturers and/or suppliers. This project is being funded through an ESSER Federal Grant. This may require additional documentation and inspections throughout the project. Davis-Bacon Wages will be required. IF CONTRACT VALUE IS OVER $100,000.00 OFEROR MUST COMPLETE THE CERTIFICATION REGARDING LOBBYING FORM (Located in Buyer Attachments of this RFP, Federal Requirement Criterion Pages 1, and 11-13)
