**As of January 30, 2020, this project has not yet been awarded. It is expected to be awarded on 2/18/2020. The specifications and drawings are intended to supplement but not necessarily duplicate each other. Any work exhibited in the one and not the other shall be executed as if it had been set forth in both, so that the work will be constructed according to the complete design as determined by the Owner. Should anything necessary for a clear understanding of the work be omitted from the specifications and drawings, or should the requirements appear to be in conflict, the Contractor shall secure written instructions from the Owner before proceeding with the work affected thereby. It is understood and agreed that the work shall be performed accordingly to the true intent of the contract documents. Owner disclaims to Contractor any express or implied warranties that the specifications and drawings included in the Contract Documents are accurate and sufficient for purpose of completing the work according to the terms of this Agreement. Furneaux Creek Trail. The project consists of approximately 5600 LF (10,400 SY 5" concrete) of trail pavement and associated appurtenances. The trail will be located mainly along Furneaux Creek between Old Denton Road and Trinity Mills Road continuing along MacArthur/Blanton Drive to the Trinity Mills Station (DART).
