Shingle Creek and Hickmans Branch Gravity Sewer Improvements. The Project or Work consists of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) in-situ rehabilitating approximately 2,413 linear feet of 18-inch diameter gravity sewer pipe; rehabilitating approximately 18 manholes; replacing approximately 63 manhole frame and covers with associated milling and pavement restoration for seven (7) manhole frames located in the pavement; installing approximately seven (7) external manhole vents; maintenance of traffic; site restoration; and providing all other work as required by the Contract Documents in order to provide a complete system as described herein. HRSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
