The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:This project consists of rehabilitating four streets in the South Van Ness Industrial area of Fresno. These streets include California Avenue - Cherry to East Avenues, Pearl Avenue - Hamilton to Butler Avenues, East Avenue - California to Butler Avenues and Hamilton Avenue - Monterey to East Avenues. The work for these streets include resurfacing or reconstructing the streets, installing new sidewalk and drive approaches, installing new street lighting, improving existing railroad crossings and new curb ramps. Utility relocation is also included in this project. Existing fire hydrants will need to be relocated and existing utility poles will be relocated.
