Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oronoco, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The Work is generally described as follows: construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Facility, pump stations, access roadway, water well and distribution piping, sanitary sewer collection piping, storm water drainage improvements, site work, grading, landscaping, and all related appurtenances work. Base Bid: A. Wastewater Treatment Facility- Work consists of construction of new Administration and Shop Building, Pretreatment Building, SBR Tanks, Tertiary Building, Aerated Digester/Solids Handling Tanks, Plant Drain Lift Station, and Effluent Lift Station. B. Provide new equipment for screening, grit, filter, UV, sludge handling, and lift station systems to create a fully functioning WWTF. C. Construction of site work including excavation, roadways, utilities, stormwater management, yard piping and as described in the bidding documents. D. WWTF Site Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the internal: 1. Sanitary Sewer Force Main. 2. Watermains. 3. Stormwater Drainage. 4. Water Services. 5. Site Grading, Landscaping and Lighting. 6. Private Utilities Distribution.
