Mn DOT requests letters of interest for a consultant to assist in project management, stakeholder engagement, intersection evaluation, access management evaluation, and other activities to develop a comprehensive and sustainable solution for the disconnectedness and safety concerns that originate from the Hmong American Farmers Association (HAFA) Farm being bisected by the busy and high-speed Highway 52. The specific problem statement and objective is to provide safe and efficient access through and around the HAFA Farm, including entering and exiting from U.S. Highway 52, while improving efficiency in all on-farm operations and services. Selected consultant will assist in development of planning and design deliverables which include farmer and stakeholder input, and include comprehensive planning, financial, engineering, and environmental analysis.
