Pursuant to Florida Statutes 287.055, A design criteria professional who has been selected to prepare the design criteria package is not eligible to render services under a design-build contract executed pursuant to the design criteria package. Therefore, the Design Criteria Professional, HNTB, Inc. and the following subconsultants are not eligible to render Design-Build services for this solicitation: Ribbeck Engineering Inc., Goal Associates, Inc Geosol, Inc., M.G. Vera & Associates, Inc., and E. Sciences. The selection process for this design build solicitation is a two-step process, Step 1 Evaluation of Qualifications and Step 2 Evaluation of Technical and Price Proposal. The estimated Design-Build project cost $20,974,302.00, exclusive of contingencies. The estimated total Contract amount is $23,071,732.00, inclusive of contingencies.
