Renovation of a municipal facility in Pangnirtung, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Government of Nunavut (GN), Department of Community and Government Services (CGS), is requesting Proposals from qualified proponents to provide a qualified Project Director (individual resource) to perform the role of the Project Director, in the area of Undersea Fibre Optic Cable Installation, as outline herein. For a Proponent to be considered eligible to submit a proposal as outlined further in this Request for Proposal, one of their primary lines of business, in which they must have extensive experience, is in providing Project Director Services for similar specialized and complex projects. Proponents that fail to score 80% on the Key Individual Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills (including Key Individual Reference Check) will be deemed "non-responsible" and their submission will not be considered any further.
