New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Carleton Place, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 76,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.

The Project consists of a Long-Term Care facility to be developed/managed by Revera Devco Inc (REVERA or the Development Manager) located at 29 Costello Drive, in Carleton Place, Ontario. The wood load bearing structure has two levels with precast concrete floors and a partial basement with a total gross area of approximately 7,044 m2 (75,793 sf). The facility includes 102 bedrooms with 128 beds, kitchen and dining facilities, as well as common spaces and activity rooms. Parking spaces are at grade. The registered owner of the Project is currently Revera Inc. and it is anticipated that the owner will be a joint venture between Axium LTC L.P. and Revera Inc. to be known as Stoneridge Manor Redev LP, or a nominee thereof (the Owner). This RFP is by invitation only, issued to a short-list of Proponents prequalified through the previously completed public Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process.
