Renovation of a municipal facility in Dexter, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Washtenaw County Office of Infrastructure Management (OIM) has a goal of reaching net-zero building operations by the year 2035. In order to meet that goal, Washtenaw County must update interior lighting to LED along with additional lighting controls. OIM is also interested in installing solar arrays at 3 county owned buildings. Question acceptance deadline: 01/15/2020 12:00 AM EST Questions are submitted online: No OIM is soliciting RFI for interior LED lighting retrofit, LED replacement fixtures and lighting controls for 15 county owned facilities. OIM is also seeking RFI for ground mounted solar arrays. Vendor must be able to monitor solar production with our existing BAS (Automated Logic System). OIM would like the vendor to be able to do the following: Provide a price range and estimated duration for a complete turn key LED retro-fit or replacement of approximately 6,860 light fixtures. Add lighting controls such as occupancy sensors, dimming switches, daylight sensors where applicable. Remove and responsibly recycle and dispose of all old lamps, fixtures, ballasts, etc. Make recommendations for de-lamping to ensure lighting levels match county standard. Some of the work will probably have to take place on evening and weekends. Apply for DTE rebates. All LED fixtures and controls must be approved by OIM. Light fixtures must be: UL listed DTE rebate approved Made in the USA (if possible)
