Renovation of a municipal facility in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Penthouse building addition-800 sq.ft., replacement of the 3 air handling units & associated return fans, replacement of refrigeration compressor cooling system (pumps, tank, piping), including ductwork, steam & condensate piping, chilled water piping, cooling water piping, new direct digital controls, new electrical distribution panel with new power feeders from basement, electrical, and plumbing. Effective January 1, 2014, all potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting 19 bids on state construction projects over $50,000. BID OPENING for MEP BIDDERS: 2:00 P.M., July 15, 2021 BID OPENING for GENERAL PRIME CONTRACTOR BIDDERS: 2:00 P.M., July 29, 2021 Contractors planning to attend virtual pre-bid meeting shall submit their Name, Company, e-mail address, on or before 5:00 PM, June 22, 2021 In general the work consists of Penthouse building addition-800 sq.ft., replacement of the 3 air handling units & associated return fans, replacement of refrigeration compressor cooling system (pumps, tank, piping), including ductwork, steam & condensate piping, chilled water piping, cooling water piping, new direct digital controls, new electrical distribution panel with new power feeders from basement, electrical, and plumbing. The successful General Prime Contractor Bidder must agree to commence the work on or before a date to b specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" issued by the state and to fully complete all the work within 210 consecutive calendar days thereafter
