Renovation of a medical facility in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of May 9,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. In general, the work consists of: remodeling the existing kitchen in Maurer Hall at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at Union Grove. The existing trayline operation will be removed and a full preparation kitchen will be constructed. This will require a remodeling of the existing kitchen to include establishing a bake, cook and grill section, a bakery finishing area, and incorporating additional cooler and dry storage. Modifications will be required in Gates Hall to provide a temporary kitchen during construction. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
