BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada LP (BGIS) on behalf of the Infrastructure Ontario Corporation is inviting Contractors to submit Bids to provide construction services as detailed in BGIS's Request for Tender. NDA is required. Bidders must submit a signed and witnessed Non-disclosure Agreement to obtain the bid documents on or before September 4th, 2020 at 17:00:00 to: natalie.genoe@bgis.com. The existing UPS is to be replaced with a new 15 kW, 2 hour UPS system as per tender drawings and specifications. The existing UPS is to be removed and disposed of as per IO Guidelines. New UPS shall cover all the critical loads on the current UPS system as well as the electrical loads of the Security System per the tender documents. Description of Services: - During Business hours only. - Site access visits to be coordinated with the site and CBRE FM and/or Technician and/or building occupants. - All persons working inside the CACC will be required to fill and sign a privacy form - For all Power Interruptions, Consultant is required to Complete the CRFC forms as per Infrastructure Ontario Guidelines. This must be submitted with a complete Method of Procedure. Power Shutdown/Interruption approval time is a minimum of 20 business days. - TBS and OPP Clearances are required for site access - Complying with all site-specific regulations work conditions and all health and safety regulations. - Appropriate signage is to be provided by the contractor. - Should a building permit be required, the permit is to be applied for by the consultant, but costs are to be carried by the general contractor.
