The Project consists of constructing approximately 3,700 LF of 16-inch HDPE sewer force main, connection to existing force main, pavement restoration and associated work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Stantec Consulting Services Inc., 1110 Market Street, Suite 214A, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:oo a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined during business hours at: Hamilton County Water and Wastewater Treatment Authority, 1250 Market Street, Suite 3050,Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402 Bidding Documents can be Obtained Electronically for a non-refundable charge of $25. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
