This procurement is subject to: o Participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013 o Project Labor Agreement Bidders are hereby advised that this contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Covering Specified Renovation and Rehabilitation of City Owned Buildings and Structures entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York ("BCTC") affiliated local unions. Please refer to the bid documents for further information. The Cost Estimate Range is $3,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
