This Project includes the construction of various improvements within the Ansin Sports Complex located at 10801 Miramar Boulevard, including but not limited to: i. a new 400-meter track with track and field amenities; ii. a new paved roadway along the east and north side of the park to connect to the existing parking lot; iii. demolition and re-construction of perimeter fencing, columns and gate along with other existing improvements to accommodate the new driveway connection at the entrance of the park; and iv. other associated drainage and lighting improvements. This project further includes, and is not limited to providing some or all of the following Services: i. Prepare topographic survey; ii. design plans; iii. technical specifications; iv. schedules; v. cost estimates; vi. obtaining all necessary approvals and permits; and vii. providing bidding assistance and construction engineering services for the Project.
