Renovation of a water / sewer project in Edgewood, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As June 1, 2020, awarded amount is $191,886.76 The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a sloped concrete pad for temporary sludge storage at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Edgewood, New Mexico. The concrete pad will include a sump and a telescoping valve for drainage of excess fluid from the storage pad. Structural concrete shall be used for all concrete construction in this project. Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. This Advertisement is issued Bidder is not required to visit the Site or conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. There will be no site visit or pre-bid testing for this project. Bidder is not required to conduct any subsurface testing, or exhaustive investigations of Site conditions
