Renovation of an educational facility in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids shall be submitted to the Glenbard T.H.S.D. 87 Facilities & Conference Center on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Mr. Bob Verisario, Director of Facilities & Transportation Center, Glenbard T.H.S.D. 87, Facilities & Conference, 671 Crescent Boulevard, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137. The Project consists of the alteration of various areas within and outside the existing multi-story High School Buildings and Administration Center and Facilities Center.. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be payable to the Board of Education, Board of Education, Glenbard Township High School District 87. E. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of School District 87. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
