Bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check or a bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, drawn to the order of Cape May County Bridge Commission, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and marked Middle Thorofare Rehabilitation on the outside, addressed to the Clerk of the Board, Administration Building, 4 Moore Road, Crest Haven Complex, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq.
