No estimated time frame yet.** Bidders are hereby advised that this contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Covering Specified Renovation and Rehabilitation of City Owned Buildings and Structures entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York ("BCTC") affiliated local unions. Please refer to the bid documents for further information. Contract Under Project Labor Agreement. This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs, as required by Local Law 1 of 2013. Bid Security: Bid Bond OR Bid Deposit in the amount of 5 percent of Bid Amount. The Cost Estimate Range is: $1,000,000 - $3,000,000. MWBE, or contractors who agree to subcontract at least 50% ofthe contract to MWBEs.
