Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in N Hollywood, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
1. Demolition of the existing deteriorated gymnasium 2. Construction of : 1) New 12,000 square-foot modern gymnasium with a high-school size basketball court, multiple-purpose community room, recreation center office, kitchen, storage room and restrooms. 2) Site improvement including new pathways, picnic and gathering areas, site furniture, site security lighting, landscaping and irrigation improvements, and an enlarged parking lot. THE ANTICIPATED LEVEL FOR MBE is 18%, WBE is 4%, SBE is 25%, EBE is 8% and DVBE is 3%.
