Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Wallingford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Furnish and Install Replacement HVAC Unit at Parks and Recreation Gymnasium. Questions concerning this contract proposal and work prescribed should be submitted through the Purchasing Portal electronically . Verbal inquiries and any subsequent verbal responses will not be binding to the Town of Wallingford. Answers to questions will be posted on the Purchasing Portal or via an addendum emailed to all registered bidders who have downloaded the bid online. The Purchasing Agent further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part; to award any item, group of items or total bid unless otherwise specified by the bidder, and to waive informality or technical defects, if, in his judgment, the best interests of the Town of Wallingford will be so served. 25% of that work with DAS certified Minority, Women and/or Disabled owned businesses.) The contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set-aside goals.
