Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The project is being funded by the North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) with Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. Potential bidders attention is called to Exhibits/Appendices within to review requirements under the funding programs related to this project. This work falls under the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a to a-7), and the Contractor shall supply the City of Fayetteville with certified payroll documentation. The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts will apply to contractors and subcontractors performing construction, alteration, or repair with federally funded or assisted contracts of $2,000 or more. Under this Act, contractors shall be required to pay wages specified in a wage determination made by the Secretary of Labor. In addition, contractors shall be required to pay wages not less than once per week. A current copy of the prevailing wage rates is included in the Project Manual and Contractor shall attach a copy of his certified payroll to his payment applications. The award of contract shall be conditioned upon the acceptance of the wage determination. The City of Fayetteville encourages Minority Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises and Section 3 Firms to respond. Bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for addenda and other pertinent documents. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. The Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities concerning bid, or award bid to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract.
