RFQ D/B - Kapi olani Community College Culinary Institute of the Pacific, Phase 2 - The final scope ofwork will be provided in RFP, Part 2 with the Contract Documents. Phase 2 will include: The design and construction ofthe Restaurant (approx. 8,000 sf), commercial kitchen, preparation, service, and dish wash areas, private and main dining rooms and lounge etc. The design and construction of the Innovation Center (approx. 3,000 sf), with conference room, Innovation Studio (televised), cook line, dish wash area, student work stations, flexible classroom/demonstration space, storage, etc. The design and construction of the Auditorium (approx. 4,000 sf), with 2 rows of theater style classroom stations, demonstration cook line (televised), wine displays, pantry, etc. The site work including all the grading, parking lot, utility stub out infrastructure (electrical, communication, gas, sewer, water, drainage, etc), and landscape with irrigation to make a complete and usable facility Question Deadline : 01/10/2020 Answers Due Date : 01/24/2020.
