Second phase of a Science Complex construction including addition and alterations to the Science Complex building. Work will be completed at Campus MIL (690) and Pavillon André-Aisenstadt (572). The scope of the project includes the construction of two new buildings on either side of the Science Complex to accommodate the the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Department of Computer Science and Operational Research, Center for Mathematical Research and Interuniversity Center for Research on Enterprise Networks, Logistics and Transport, as well as the Library of Mathematics and Computer Science and teaching and research support services. The scope of the project also includes construction alterations to the André-Aisenstadt pavilion for a reallocation of the spaces became vacant on the Mountain site. TIMELINE: The project is included in the Major Project List of the Quebec Treasury Board Secretariat under the number 313 as a project "in a design stage". According to the owner's preliminary scheduling design of the project will be completed in mid-/late 2026. A tender for the general contractor will follow. Note. The owner has awarded an additional professional consultant Elevation SG Inc for window work preparation.
