Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Outremont, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
Upgrades and repairs to the University pavilion site. The scope of the project includes three packages: - Complete dismantling of the abandoned Pavilion underground service tunnel; - Development of rain retention basins, with collection of the roof via the rain drain with related alterations to the building structure; - Related building and landscaping developments. TIMELINE: The owner has not received proposals at the request for proposals 55595_VM_PUB_SA and cancelled it. Future of the project is not determined. If/when a new RFP for this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
