The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform undercutting at various locations. NICTD will award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. NICTD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interests of NICTD so require. NICTD reserves the right to accept any bid within 90 days after the time of the opening of the bids, during which time no bid shall be withdrawn.
