Contractor shall, as an independent contractor and not as an agent for the District, provide all permits, labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance (except railroad protective liability insurance), transportation, facilities, and such other incidental materials, labor and services necessary for purchase and installation of a camera system in LaPorte, Porter and Lake Counties, Indiana. This project consists of the purchase and installation of a camera syste, as more fully described in the Technical Specifications, Plans and Drawings dated May 16, 2023. All work must be in accordance with the terms of this Contract, including, but not limited to, the technical specifications, and certificates so attached, and as same are further modified or approved in writing by the District's President. Bids must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by the instructions in the bid package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of a bid. Please note that the entire bid submission MUST be uploaded at the same time. Should item(s) need to be revised or additional item(s) need to be added after original submission, the entire bid must be uploaded again as a complete package to include these revised or added item(s). Any new submissions will erase and replace previous uploads. Previous uploads become inaccessible with a new bid submission and will not be considered in the review or award process.
