Town of Chesterton Storm Water Management Board will receive sealed bids at the Office of the Chesterton Clerk-Treasurer on September 18, 2023 for the Washington Ave Storm Sewer Project, Phase 1. The bids must include all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the above referenced project. Any bids submitted late will be returned to the bidder unopened. The Town of Chesterton Storm Water Management Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor defects in bids, or to re-advertise for bids. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Notice to Bidders Final Completion: 190 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed Anticipated Award: Anytime within 45 calendar days from and after September 18, 2023
