The project involves pavement rehabilitation of the Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement near the SR 9 Bridge over I-74. The pavement rehabilitation extends approximately 900 feet west of the SR 9 bridge and 700 feet east of the SR 9 bridge. The project will also include shoulder strengthening of the I-74 WB and EB outside shoulders for maintenance of traffic (MOT). Additionally, the 36-inch diameter drainage structure (Str. 17) is proposed to be replaced.
