Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Cost Range: $25M- $50M Walsh Construction Company II, LLC Illinois State Toll Highway Authority Contract No. I-19-4481 Roadway and Bridge Reconstruction Tri-State Tollway (I-294) Archer Avenue (IL-171) Interchange Mile Post 19.4 to Mile Post 20.7 We request a proposal from your firm for the: Illinois Tollway I-19-4481 Road and Bridge Reconstruction, Tri-State Tollway (I-294), Archer Ave (IL-171) Interchange. In order to assist certified DBE/VOSB Enterprise, Contractors and Suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller activities or quantities and establish delivery and construction schedules which will permit maximum participation of disadvantaged businesses where feasible. All subcontractors and material suppliers are required to execute our standard Subcontract Agreement and/or Purchase Order. We do require 100% Performance & Payment or supply bonds. If there are any questions or concerns with our standard subcontract, bonding requirements, insurance, or any other matter regarding this project please feel free to contact us.
