Site work for a water / sewer project in Los Altos Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of replacing various segments of the existing sanitary system. The base bid work includes, but not limited to, mobilization and demobilization; potholing all crossing utilities; cleaning/de-rooting and color video inspection of the sewer mains prior to construction; replacing existing sewer pipe via pipe bursting method and/or pipe reaming method; spot repairs via open trench; reconnecting sewer main to existing manhole; manhole rehabilitation; reconnecting 4" sewer laterals to new piping; providing post construction cleaning, pressure testing, and color video inspection; repair and/or replacement of pavement markings, and street monuments; restoring all improvements disturbed by the project at various locations throughout the Town of Los Altos Hills; replacing landscape in kind to the original condition; replacing the asphalt pavement, and replacing all damaged properties caused by this work; and doing all appurtenant work as shown and described in the contract documents with the title 2021 Sanitary Sewer Repair and Replacement Project and on file in the office of the Public Works Director. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Town may require, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality or minor irregularity in the bids.
