Site work for a road / highway in Los Altos Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The design work is expected to be under $100K, and the construction between $200 and $300K, as an estimate. The City of Los Altos is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from highly qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for the "Los Altos Downtown Vision" project. Your firm is invited to submit a SOQ for your services, together with other required information listed in the attached Request for Qualifications. All SOQs will be compared based on understanding the scope of work to be performed, methods and procedures to be used, management, personnel and experience, and consultation and coordination with the City of Los Altos. Only those SOQs submitted in accordance with the Request for Qualifications and certified by an authorized company officer will be considered.
