The City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional services to provide professional architectural and engineering services for surveying, design, and preparation of plans and specifications in developing a Municipal Water Park to be located adjacent to the proposed Sports Complex Venue. The City of Laredo does not currently have such an amenity and thus shall be the first endeavor in developing such a facility. Scope of services include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Feasibility study (if required), schematic design, design development, construction documents, procurement services, bid documents, specifications, estimates, planning, and assessments 2. Surveying including boundary, topographical, construction staking, etc.) 3. Utility Coordination Committee 4. Design Development and opinion of probable cost including but not limited to buildings, recreational areas, drainage system, traffic safety, plumbing system, mechanical system, electrical system, green space preservation, sidewalks, parking, bus bays, splash pads, water slides, restrooms/showers, water recycling system, concession buildings, playgrounds, shaded structures, pedestrian connectivity, other related amenities as necessary, etc. construction cost estimates, monitoring of the construction until completion and incorporating the current Viva Laredo Comprehensive Plan. 5.
